Why should we not use Incandescent Bulbs?
Incandescent bulbs emit 97% of their energy as heat and convert only 3% into light energy. The heat emitted by incandescent bulbs can damage the components or integrity of the product. These bulbs are considered environmentally harmful due to their low energy efficiency and emission of carbon dioxide. Although the production and sale of some products, including the Edison-type transparent incandescent bulbs, have been banned in our country since September 1, 2012, they are still being used intensively in Turkey.
